It's going to get a ton of wear, I'm sure! And I really do like distressing on jeans (and I love Merrick's Art, too!), but it's tricky with Gs. I'm fine with holes at the knees and below, but anything above that can't be too heavy or the white shows through. And these jeans are borderline. :-/ Thank you for the feedback! <3Katiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17736049937652054001noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4846582609108711714.post-15135641889946633372016-01-23T20:01:49.558-08:002016-01-23T20:01:49.558-08:00First off, you're so pretty. :-)
I also love...First off, you're so pretty. :-)

I also love the 3/4 sleeves shirt. (What is it with 3/4 sleeves that makes me love them so? And why don't more shirts come with them??!!) The colors are my fave. And you're right to love the color blocking. So yummy.

I hear you on the cardigan issues. I'm forever looking for a "perfect" black cardigan. I have yet to find it. Mostly I own gray ones. I did find some LL Bean Pima cotton open cardigans for $10 last winter and bought the crap outta them. I love the black one I got. But, it's not super dressy. The cut and shape looks similar to the one you got. Let me tell you, I have worn the black one so much this past year!! I would imagine you'd get your "$1 a day" out of that one. (The idea that the cost of a clothing item must equal you paying $1 a day to wear them.) Looks great with jeans and boots and a dress and skirt.

(I reluctant bought my first navy cardigan this winter. [I'm more of a black-only girl.] I've been surprised at how much I've actually worn it. Who knew?)

I hear distressing is super hip on jeans. At least merricksart.com swears by it. If you like the jeans, don't let the distressing stop you. Although I'm a firm believer in skinny-jeans-only! Especially on such a petite gal like yourself.

Can't wait to see you rocking the 3/4" length sleeve shirt with your new Welty glasses and a cardigan. (And please, more adorable photobombs.)

Isabelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09822099511459961772noreply@blogger.com
